Please note that due to the consequences of Covid-19 and Government restrictions, we have imposed guidelines for the collection of lots from the various sites. Clearance of lots will be strictly controlled and by appointment only. Where possible, i f purchasers have lots at multiple sites we will attempt to organise clearance on the same day. However, due to the nature of the sites this might not always be possible. Any parties attending without an appointment will not be given access under any circumstances. Purchasers will be given a specific time slot in which to collect their lots and will be required to leave the site at the expiration of their time slot. Any party entering the sites will be obliged to wear a facemask and gloves and to socially distance at all times. The wearing of masks and gloves is mandatory and parties without them will not be permitted to enter the premises. There will be no exceptions to this, if for medical reasons you are unable to wear a facemask or gloves, please do not bid at this sale. All lots must be paid for in full by 4.00pm on Friday 4th September 2020. In the event that purchasers fail to pay by the deadline of 4.00pm on Friday 4th September 2020, we reserve the right to rescind the sale and sell the goods anywhere, pursuing the original purchaser for any shortfall if the goods sell for less than their original bids. The only acceptable method of payment is by bank transfer, we will not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
